Do I need to have my own paddle? Balls?

No paddle, no problem! Demo paddles are available to rent for $5 and balls can be purchased from the front desk. When you're ready to purchase your own gear, our Pro Shop can help you find that paddle thats right for you!

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start time without any charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time will be charged the full reservation price. Programs and Events: Cancellation policies for programs and events may vary, so please review the event details carefully before signing up. All applicable charges will be applied to your credit card at the time of cancellation. Thank you for helping us maintain a smooth and accessible experience for all!

How does the waitlist work?

If an event is full, you will have the option to join the waitlist. When a spot opens up, you will be notified via app and email. Spots are filled first come first serve.

How do I cancel my membership?

A minimum of 60 days notice must be given to cancel your membership. Call us at 801-679-9608 to cancel your membership.

Can I host an event or party at Premier?

Yes, you can host a private event at Premier! Please visit the Private Events page from our top menu to inquire.

How much does it cost to play?

Drop in rates are $30 per person for a 2hr court reservation. $20 per person to play in open play.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased from our Gift Cards page in the top menu.

Do you have options for beginner pickleball players?

Yes! We offer LOTS of options for beginner players. If you need help signing up or deciding where to start, please call our front desk at 801-679-9608.

What are the minimum age requirements?

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Do I need a membership to play?

No, drop in rates are available. However, memberships are designed to maximize your dollar for the best value possible. Members also enjoy members-only perks and discounts.

How do I book a lesson with a Coach?

All coaches can be booked on our app. Please visit our home page, scroll down & select which coach you'd like to work with!

How do I reserve a court?

First step is to download the Premier app. From there, you can seamlessly view and reserve one of our 10 indoor or 3 outdoor courts.

What are virtual credits?

Credits are a 1:1 ratio and can be applied towards open plays, clinics, and leagues. *Credits cannot be used towards the Pro Shop*

Do you have food and beverage?

We offer bottled drinks and snacks from our vending machines.

Do you host pickleball tournaments?

Yes, we host tournaments. Check the events tab in the Premier app for upcoming tournaments. Inquire today to host a tournament at Premier!
